convenient location room decoration friendly staff excellent service
I loved the convenient location. the civilization museum was right across the street. the room had wonderful decoration and i felt i was back in the 1920s. the staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water.
i thought the room was slightly small, but it really didn't impact my visit at all.

The hotel dining service partnered with matto. This Italian restaurant offers very tasty food. i liked the convenience of ordering food directly to my room. It was a great dining experience.

The staff are helpful. They always provided prompt and courteous responses to my inquiries. i particularly appreciated the quick resolution to a minor issue i had. the service was really excellent. It contributed positively to my stay.

spacious room helpful front desk thoughtful kettle
The room was spacious and comfortable. the front desk lady was very helpful with taxi arrangements. a kettle in the room provided a thoughtful gesture. Not all guests appreciate only filtered coffee. i found the staff quite friendly.
Access to the bathroom had two dangerous steps. it was the only issue, though the steps require caution. I managed, of course.

Pierre was very helpful. He assisted with my luggage as I waited for my room. The hotel offered free water and coffee, a very nice touch.
The wine dispenser was out of service at times.

delicious breakfast quiet break wine option
i found the location accessible to different areas of the place i wanted to visit. the options available for breakfast seemed delicious. i also found many areas to enjoy some wine and a quiet break
the outside window was broken and rattled with every gust of wind so sleeping was impossible
